Werneck. Em 27 de mar\u00e7o a Congrega\u00e7\u00e3o criou uma taxa especial aplic\u00e1vel a todos os alunos, professores e auxiliares de ensino, destinada \u00e0 manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e reorganiza\u00e7\u00e3o da biblioteca. Constitu\u00edda inicialmente de um \u00fanico andar, dispunha de instala\u00e7\u00f5es destinadas a: leitura geral, com 14 mesas e acomoda\u00e7\u00f5es para 56 usu\u00e1rios; estudo, com cabines para uso individual; estudo, consulta e leitura reservada aos professores e assistentes; administra\u00e7\u00e3o, com balc\u00e3o de empr\u00e9stimos, estante de livros, secretaria; e sanit\u00e1rios.<\/p><p>Era administrada pelo Prof. J. Baeta Vianna, auxiliado pelo funcion\u00e1rio Joaquim Cancio. Posteriormente, ingressaram as auxiliares Maria do Carmo Magalh\u00e3es Gomes, Helena Lessa e a bibliotec\u00e1ria Nair Marques Lisboa, entre outras.<\/p><p>J\u00e1 nessa \u00e9poca a Biblioteca merecia louvores por sua organiza\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica e por participar e colaborar em servi\u00e7os de divulga\u00e7\u00e3o bibliogr\u00e1fica. A Biblioteca participava do \u201cServi\u00e7o de Divulga\u00e7\u00e3o Bibliogr\u00e1fica da Reitoria da Universidade de S\u00e3o Paulo\u201d, que elaborava o \u201cCat\u00e1logo Geral de Peri\u00f3dicos Cient\u00edficos\u201d existente nas principais bibliotecas brasileiras. Iniciou-se, assim a constru\u00e7\u00e3o da biblioteca, utilizando recursos financeiros da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Rockfeller, por meio de aux\u00edlio do Prof. Dr. Robert Brigg Watson.<\/p><p>A constru\u00e7\u00e3o do novo pr\u00e9dio foi dividida em duas etapas. A primeira foi realizada com a constru\u00e7\u00e3o do bloco dos fundos, o qual era constitu\u00eddo de tr\u00eas andares. aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1091\"><p>O acesso ao acervo das Bibliotecas da UFMG \u00e9 permitido ao p\u00fablico em geral dentro de suas depend\u00eancias, com o empr\u00e9stimo domiciliar restrito aos usu\u00e1rios que t\u00eam v\u00ednculo com a Universidade.<\/p><p>Os materiais do acervo s\u00e3o de circula\u00e7\u00e3o coletiva, por isso n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o permitidas anota\u00e7\u00f5es, sinais, marcas e post-it nesses itens, nem dobras ou vincos nas p\u00e1ginas.<\/p><p>\u00c9 proibido portar bolsas, mochilas, pastas e similares no interior da biblioteca. Por isso, a Biblioteca Campus Sa\u00fade disponibiliza 536 guarda-volumes. Eles devem ser utilizados para guarda de pertences pessoais, durante a perman\u00eancia na biblioteca, mediante apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de um documento de identidade oficial, contendo foto e validade atualizada.<\/p><p>A biblioteca \u00e9 um ambiente de conv\u00edvio coletivo dedicado aos estudos, por isso recomenda-se manter o ambiente tranquilo, limpo e agrad\u00e1vel para todos, evitando conversar em voz alta e escutar som de equipamentos eletr\u00f4nicos (celular, tablet, computador etc.) sem o uso de fones de ouvido.<\/p><p>\u00c9 proibido consumir alimentos ou bebidas (exceto \u00e1gua) nas depend\u00eancias da biblioteca. S\u00e3o considerados dias corridos inclusive s\u00e1bados, domingos e feriados. Os d\u00e9bitos dever\u00e3o ser quitados por meio de uma Guia de Recolhimento da Uni\u00e3o (GRU). As obras n\u00e3o podem estar faltando p\u00e1ginas, estar com caracter\u00edsticas de mofo e\/ou fungos, p\u00e1ginas acidificadas (amareladas e quebradi\u00e7as, grifadas).<\/li><\/ul><p>b) <strong>Publica\u00e7\u00f5es que N\u00c3O ser\u00e3o recebidas: <\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Publica\u00e7\u00f5es que n\u00e3o atendam aos crit\u00e9rios estabelecidos pela Pol\u00edtica de Desenvolvimento de Acervo da Institui\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/li><li>Obras desatualizadas;<\/li><li>Obras em mau estado de conserva\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/li><li>Com carimbos e\/ou identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de outra Institui\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/li><li>Materiais e livros de ensino fundamental e m\u00e9dio,<\/li><li>C\u00f3pias de livros, apostilas, Di\u00e1rio Oficial, enciclop\u00e9dias, cat\u00e1logos, dentre outros
