Outra causa poss\u00edvel da obstru\u00e7\u00e3o intestinal est\u00e1 relacionada \u00e0 paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o ou redu\u00e7\u00e3o dos movimentos intestinais que contribuem para o transporte das fezes, os chamados movimentos perist\u00e1lticos. Quando isso ocorre temos o quadro de \u00edleo paral\u00edtico.<\/p>\n<p>Dentre os sintomas mais comuns est\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Distens\u00e3o abdominal;<\/li>\n<li>Gases;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.medicina.ufmg.br\/observaped\/dor-de-barriga\/\"><strong>Dores abdominais<\/strong><\/a>;<\/li>\n<li>C\u00f3licas;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.medicina.ufmg.br\/observaped\/vomitos\/\"><strong>V\u00f4mitos<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>O diagn\u00f3stico \u00e9 feito com base na consulta realizada por um m\u00e9dico al\u00e9m de exames de imagem, como radiografia de abdome e ultrassonografia abdominal. Como s\u00e3o muitos os motivos, o tratamento est\u00e1 relacionado \u00e0 causa da obstru\u00e7\u00e3o.
