O sedentarismo representa um dos principais fatores de risco de mortalidade global e, de acordo com&nbsp;a \u00faltima Pesquisa Nacional por Amostra de Domic\u00edlios (Pnad) do IBGE, mais de 60% dos brasileiros a partir dos 15 anos n\u00e3o praticam qualquer esporte ou atividade f\u00edsica.<br \/>\nA&nbsp;falta de atividade f\u00edsica suficiente para a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da sa\u00fade&nbsp;favorece o surgimento e agravamento da obesidade, diabetes, doen\u00e7as cardiovasculares e musculoesquel\u00e9ticas, dentre outras.&nbsp;Nesta s\u00e9rie do&nbsp;<em>Sa\u00fade com Ci\u00eancia<\/em>, saiba mais sobre os riscos do sedentarismo e os benef\u00edcios dos exerc\u00edcios, al\u00e9m de h\u00e1bitos alimentares adequados.<br \/>\n<strong>Entrevistados:<\/strong><br
