Lines of Research

1) Promotion of health and its bases: Citizenship, Work, and Environment: process of health knowledge and production from action developed on social, political, economic, cultural determinations;

2) Organization of health services and their relations with violence: includes the levels of care for victims and perpetrators, and the impact of violence on health services.

3) The multiple facets of violence and its impact on the health of people and populations: it includes the different manifestations of violence in different population groups and the forms of confrontation used by these populations.

4) Women’s Health in a Situation of Violence: investigation into the determining factors of violence against women and forms of confrontation, especially the promotion of mobilization based on protagonism and empowerment.
