Scope

The Program is centered on Health Promotion, understood as a broad approach to health-related issues: social, political, economic, cultural, integral and intersectoral. Health Promotion is grounded on the practice of the autonomy of mutually-recognizing individuals, adopted as the main strategy in preventing violence – which is, in turn, expressed and manifested in various ways, such as any situation in which subjects are treated as objects through domination, coercion, threats, aggression, or negligence.
